We will elicit and document field-level requirements, UI requirements, business rules, business policies and solution requirements. We will then map the requirements to the vendor’s solution and document the requirements for the development team, whether in-house or provided by the vendor. The requirements will ensure the package you’ve selected is configured to meet your business needs, not the other way around.
