We are a consulting services company that operates on the philosophy that doing requirements first, and doing them well, is the key to ensuring project success. Our approach can be described best by listing the components we consider critical:

• We follow an efficient and effective process to guide the way information is gathered and documented (read more…).  Our process is based on best practices, IIBA® competency areas, and our two decades of practical, hands-on project experience.
   
• We use an architectural structure for capturing information so that all parties understand what they are trying to document and when they are “done”. We build a meta model of the structure with our clients to ensure we capture all key information and we employ models as a mechanism during each project to gather information and communicate with all stakeholders (read more…)
